
Before Shipping our products we inspect them to make sure they are in perfect conditions. So we offer no refunds or returns. If you receive your package and it is damaged due to shipping conditions you should take a photo immediately and contact us. In this case we will send a replacement at no cost to you. We will then issue a claim with the Post Office. So if you have an issue with a product please contact us so we can evaluate the situation and try and resolve it as soon as possible.
